However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Therefore, we will offer refunds in the following situations:

Double Payments and Duplicate Payments:

If you are accidentally charged twice or more for the same consultation, we will promptly refund the duplicate payments.

Other Incorrectly Made Payments:

We will fairly consider refunds for any other demonstrably incorrect payments made, such as those caused by technical errors or our own administrative mistakes.


Timeframe for Requesting Refunds:

Refunds for demonstrably incorrect payments must be requested within 30 days of the transaction date.

No Refunds for Consultations Once Started:

Please note that the no-refund policy applies to consultations once they have begun. This is because the service is personalized and requires ongoing effort from both Dr. Joline and the client.
