Gut-Soothing CCF Khichdi (Cumin-Coriander-Fennel)


This Gut-Soothing CCF Khichdi is light, nourishing, and anti-inflammatory. Made with cumin, coriander, fennel, and healing spices, it helps reduce bloating, calm the gut, and ease digestion.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rice
  • ¼ cup moong dal
  • ½ tsp each: cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds
  • Turmeric, ghee, salt, ginger, peppercorns

Method:

  1. Wash rice and moong dal thoroughly.
  2. Heat ghee in a pot, add cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds.
  3. Add rice, dal, turmeric, ginger, salt, and peppercorns.
  4. Pour in enough water for a soupy texture.
  5. Cook until soft and mushy.
