Golden Turmeric Dalia / Rice Porridge


Golden Turmeric Dalia is a warm, nourishing anti-inflammatory porridge. Infused with turmeric, black pepper, and ginger, it supports digestion and boosts immunity.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup broken wheat (dalia) / rice (can be soaked overnight)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Grated ginger
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast dalia or rice lightly.
  2. Add water, turmeric, ginger, and salt.
  3. Cook until soft and porridge-like.
