Cucumber & Mint Salad with Flaxseed Sprinkle


This refreshing cucumber and mint salad is a cooling, anti-inflammatory side dish. Enriched with flaxseeds and lime, it helps fight inflammation and hydrates the body.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp roasted flaxseeds
  • Lime juice
  • Pink salt
  • Sprinkle fresh grated coconut (2–3 tbsp). This is optional

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix cucumber, mint leaves, and lime juice.
  2. Add pink salt and roasted flaxseeds.
  3. Sprinkle with fresh coconut if desired.
  4. Serve chilled.
