Ajwain-Jeera Chapatis


Ajwain-Jeera Chapatis are an anti-inflammatory twist on the traditional flatbread. They aid digestion, reduce bloating, and make a wholesome, gut-friendly addition to any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour or millet atta
  • ¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
  • ¼ tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
  • Water as required
  • Ghee for smearing

Method:

  1. Mix flour, ajwain, and jeera in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to knead into a soft dough.
  3. Roll into chapatis and cook on a hot tawa.
  4. Smear with ghee before serving.
